Beyond Exams: Utilizing low-stakes assessment and student evaluation tools

August 13, 2015 Dan Thompson
Presented by Mr. Dan Thompson, Instructional Design and Technology Specialist, Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences (OSU-CHS) Many ExamSoft clients use the software system for secure exam delivery and the assessment of student learning outcomes. At OSU-CHS, learning specialists have maximized their use of ExamSoft to accomplish even more. Their methods include using ExamSoft to guide studying, deliver take-home quizzes, generate and analyze mid-unit student performance evaluations, enable students to complete anonymous peer reviews of short answers and essay assignments, and host team competitions, among others. Join Dan Thompson, Instructional Design and Technology Specialist at OSU-CHS, for a discussion about implementing ExamSoft with the aforementioned "wildcard" methods in mind. (Recorded on 4/23/14)
