Ever had a burning ExamSoft question that could be answered over the phone but would be much easier to understand if you had a one-on-one, face-to-face walk-through? Well, you’re in luck. Attendees at this year’s ExamSoft Assessment Conference (EAC) will see the return of the ExamSoft Help Desk.

ExamSoft staff will offer their software expertise to users in need during 20-minute scheduled sessions offered at various times throughout the conference, including during breaks and meals.

Awesome, right? Given that you’ll be speaking with staff for 20 minutes at a time, there are a few things you’ll want to consider to help your appointment go as smoothly as possible.


1. Have questions and examples of specific issues ready beforehand.

Create a list of the pesky problems you’ve run into consistently during the semester and have them ready for your ExamSoft staff member the moment you take a seat.

2. Bring the device you would normally use when operating ExamSoft.

We’ll have both personal computers and iPads available to demonstrate step-by-step solutions to software issues; however, we encourage you to bring the device that you’re familiar with to make the experience as exclusive to your actual circumstance as possible.

3. Pre-schedule your appointment now.

As the saying goes, “The early bird gets the worm.” So you’ll want to schedule your appointment now to avoid the scramble for time slots once the conference gets underway. However, don’t worry if you’re not quite ready to decide which times are best for you. Once in Denver, attendees can schedule Help Desk appointments on the go via the EAC 2017 app on iOS or Android devices, or simply mosey up to the Help Desk registration area, and we’ll be more than happy to help you pick an available time slot.
