EAC 2016: Exploring the EAC app

April 20, 2016 Christy Terry

Are you ready?

We’re in the home stretch of EAC 2016 prep and, more than likely, you’re trying to juggle end-of-semester tasks with keeping track of your conference information. Speakers, sessions, travel accommodations, schedules, oh my! We get it, which is why we’ve partnered with Bizzabo to bring you an app designed to make this year’s conference experience a lot less complicated.

Available for use on iOS and Android mobile devices, the EAC app gives attendees access to all of their conference needs at the touch of a button:

Looking for the conference program?

A complete conference program won’t be printed this year. But don’t worry, you’ll be able to view the full agenda as well as speaker biographies right from the app.

Need quick access to your personal conference schedule?

Build a custom agenda tailored to the events you’ll be attending during the conference and sync them to your mobile calendar for reference while you’re on the go.

Wondering what happened to your session?

We’ll be sending up-to-date alerts of schedule changes and other important information.

View a map of the Renaissance Hotel to help you find your way.

Need help?

Schedule a 20-minute Q&A session with an ExamSoft expert at our Help Desk.

In search of colleagues and other attendees from your area of interest?

Join the 2016 EAC Community to see who else is attending the conference.

Up for socializing?

View the #ASSESS2016 Twitter feed to stay on the pulse of trending conference chatter.

Dangerously low battery life?

Don’t fret! All app content is available via your computer at the Bizzabo EAC site.

How do you get the app?

Simple. Download it here.

All in all, the EAC 2016 app will be your greatest ally at this year’s event, so make sure you keep it handy. Now that you’re in the know, there’s one less thing to worry about on your list. Best wishes as you wrap up the semester. We can’t wait to see you in June!
