Introducing Our EAC 2017 Keynote Speaker: Dr. Michael Wesch

February 23, 2017 Christy Terry

ExamSoft is pleased to announce Michael Wesch, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Cultural Anthropology at Kansas State University, as the official keynote speaker for this year’s ExamSoft Assessment Conference (EAC).

Dr. Wesch is a recipient of the Carnegie Foundation’s coveted U.S. Professor of the Year Award and has been lauded for his experimental work regarding the effect of social media and digital technology on global society and education.

He frequently experiments with the various possibilities for creating genuine connections with students to develop learning at a deeper level and encourage post-collegiate success. His most recent book, Human No More, explores how conditions of the online world shape identity, place, culture, and death within virtual communities.

We eagerly look forward to what Dr. Wesch has to share during his session this June. Haven’t purchased tickets to EAC yet? There’s still time plenty of time to register, so get to it!

We’ll see you in The Mile High City!
