Technology, by its very nature, can be prone to minor glitches that get in the way of productivity. These glitches may not warrant a legitimate support call; however, they can still be quite frustrating. For those of you headed to EAC 2017 this June, we’ve provided a solution for those pesky tech issues.
Introducing: EAC Quick Fix
As a complement to our popular Help Desk option, which is designed to provide conference attendees with personal support for more critical issues, attendees can now receive one-on-one guidance for simple tech problems as well. Located on the first lower level of the Denver Marriott City Center, the Quick Fix station will give you the opportunity to have ExamSoft staff help you take on minor issues and have you on your merry way.
No need to schedule an appointment; all Quick Fix sessions are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Unsure of how complicated your problem is? No worries! EAC staff will gladly point you in the right direction.
