The end of the spring semester brings final exams, multiple commencement ceremonies, and the dreaded office cleaning. With all of that on your plate, we wouldn’t blame you if it slipped your mind that the third annual ExamSoft Assessment Conference (EAC) is only one week away.
Nope, that is not a typo. One. Week.
Never fear; we’ve taken the liberty of compiling a handy checklist for reference in the days leading up to one of the best assessment conferences by far.
1. Download the app
Trust us. You’re going to want easy access to all things #Assess2017 during the conference. You’ll be on the move, so your best bet is to download the EAC 2017 mobile app to sync sessions to your mobile calendar, join the EAC community, receive alerts to schedule changes, view the conference layout, and much more. Check out our instructional video for first-hand look at the app's features.
2. Customize your agenda
Once you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll want to tailor your conference agenda. Use the app to create an itinerary based on the sessions you’ll be attending and sync them to your mobile calendar for quick reference while you’re on breaks.
3. Keep the conference location close at hand
Getting to Denver is the easy part. Knowing where to go once you arrive is the kicker. Make sure you’ve given the map of the Denver Marriott City Center a good glance or two before you touch down. It’s also a must have in the event that you want to venture out for an evening of entertainment in the area.
4. Reserve a session with the EAC Help Desk
We cannot stress this enough: ExamSoft support team members will be on hand to answer your burning questions about managing exams with our software. Looming issues with learning outcomes? Confused about question creation? Tackling technical difficulties? We’ll be there to help. Schedule your 20-minute session today.
Well, that about covers it! Make sure you’ve handled everything on this list before you head to your nearest airport, and you’ll be all set for a fabulous time at #Assess2017.
We can’t wait to see you in Denver next week!
