Great Ways to Save during EAC 2018

March 26, 2018 Ashley Castleberry

Budget concerns keeping you from finally deciding to attend the ExamSoft Assessment Conference (EAC)?

Here are a few codes, special offers, and deals to help you keep costs to a minimum as you join your peers and like-minded colleagues in sunny Fort Lauderdale to network and stay up-to-date on the current best practices in assessment.

Travel

We all know that the biggest expense in traveling is, well, the traveling. Here are a few ways you can make the most of your travel dollars while getting to EAC:

  • United Airlines offers special rates for EAC attendees of 2-10 percent off when you book using the code ZF7H892932.
  • Delta Airlines also has an EAC-exclusive offer for attendees of up to 10 percent off when you use the Meeting Event Code NMRZ6 at checkout.
  • Uber will be available for travel around Fort Lauderdale. If you have yet to try the popular car service, sign up with promo code uberEACDallas to receive your first ride (up to $10) free.
  • AVIS has graciously provided a special discount code that is available for attendees to use seven days before and after the conference. Use the link above to book directly or provide the the code D112723 when booking.

Lodging

EAC 2018 will be hosted at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort, and we’ve given our assessment champions the chance to save. Conference attendees will receive a special conference rate of $199 plus tax; this rate can be extended on a limited basis for Friday and Saturday nights after EAC, so make your reservations now! You might hate those pesky resort fees like we do, so we’ve made special arrangements with the hotel so that you can decline them if you prefer. We also have discounted parking if you choose to drive.

Dining

Dining out can be a budget buster, so we are going to provide attendees breakfast, lunch, and mid-session snacks. Yum and cha-ching!

Check out this Fort Lauderdale visitor website for special two-for-one deals on things to do and places to eat around town.

Good, quality assessment is of great value to you and your institution. That’s why we want to make sure we show you how to get the most out of your budget so you can bring that value back to your school.

Where does all that value begin? Right here … register now.
